We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase--for any reason--we will refund the purchase price of the house. Please give us a call (on our toll free line listed below) so we can make arrangements to have the house returned to us--and your money back to you.
If you are not happy with our product, we will give you a full credit refund within thirty (30) days of shipping date, provided you contact us for a return authorization number, the house is in a new and resalable condition, the house is returned in its original box and packaging, and the freight cost is absorbed by you. We do reserve the right to determine the condition of any returned house. If your house was damaged in shipping, see "shipping damage."
Freight damage claims must be initiated by the customer, and reported upon delivery. If possible, open shipment before delivery service departs and note the damage on their accompanying freight bill. If this is not possible, call us at the toll free number below and register a damage claim. Do not destroy the box or packing until the situation has been resolved to your satisfaction.
